La figura ricercata avrà il duplice ruolo di gestire e sviluppare reportistica e l’approccio analitico e data-driven sia nella società che nell’intero gruppo, come parte del team di Group Transformation.
La risorsa avrà autonomia nel gestire un processo di transizione culturale, come parte fondamentale del piano di sviluppo del gruppo.
● Promuovere l’adozione di un approccio “Data Driven”, ossia l’utilizzo sistematico di dati di
qualità per sostenere i processi decisionali e supportare il raggiungimento di specifici risultati
di business;
● Mantenere una visione d’insieme dello stato della data quality della società;
● Definire quali nuove famiglie di dati è necessario acquisire e stabilire quali sono i criteri di qualità da applicare a tali dati (data strategy);
● Svolgere le attività operative legate al monitoraggio ed al miglioramento continuo della qualità dei dati
● Laurea in matematica, Ingegneria o Economia
● Esperienza di almeno due anni come data scientist, data manager o altro lavoro nell'ambito data
● Capacità di analizzare, interpretare e organizzare grandi quantità di dati
● Voglia di portare la propria esperienza operativa in un ruolo manageriale
● Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione per tradurre problemi complessi utilizzando termini non tecnici ed usando storytelling per collaborare con stakeholder fuori dall'ambito Data
● Conoscenza approfondita dei database moderni e delle tecnologie dell'informazione Ottime capacità matematiche, di risoluzione dei problemi e analitiche
● Capacità di compilare e organizzare i risultati e i dati recuperati prima di presentarli alla direzione in un modo digeribile
● Completano il profilo capacità di analisi e di pianificazione/organizzazione del lavoro,concretezza e spirito collaborativo, ottime capacità comunicative, di ascolto e relazionali
● Analizzare oggettivamente domande, ipotesi e risultati
● Comprendere quali risorse sono fondamentali per risolvere un problema
● Sapere come affrontare i problemi identificando i presupposti e le risorse esistenti
● Comunicare le informazioni in modo tale da evidenziare il valore dell'azione
● Guardare sui problemi da punti di vista e prospettive diverse
● Capacita di capire vari contesti e bilanciare fra ambiti corporate e start-up
